In a groundbreaking collaboration, Vista Ventures, Bridge Institute, and Anant Learning and Development Private Limited are proud to announce a transformative six-month program designed to empower the youth of Jammu & Kashmir. This initiative aims to foster cross-cultural understanding, stimulate socio-economic growth, and cultivate innovative solutions to local challenges.
By combining expert mentorship, intensive training, and global networking opportunities, we aim to equip young leaders with the tools and knowledge they need to address pressing issues and drive positive change.
KEY OBJECTIVES:

Preserving Cultural Heritage: To invest in preserving and promoting J&K’s rich cultural heritage.

PROGRAMME PHASES
PHASE O1: Ten-Day Fellowship Training / Workshop
- Immersive Training: Fellows will receive intensive training in leadership, entrepreneurship, and social innovation.
- Thematic Workshops: Deep-dive into key areas like tourism, agriculture, sports development, climate change, and substance abuse prevention.
- Social Enterprise Project Design: Fellows will form teams to design and plan real-world projects to address local challenges.
PHASE 02: Six-Month Implementation
- Mentorship and Guidance: Fellows will receive ongoing mentorship from industry experts.
- Project Execution: Fellows will implement their social enterprise projects, leveraging their newly acquired skills and resources.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Fellows will collaborate with local stakeholders to maximize impact.
PHASE 03: Global Investors Summit
